Our property is secluded, yet centrally-located to many local attractions including The Essex, Maquam Barn & Winery, Stowe, Bolton Valley, Smugglers' Notch, The Champlain Valley Fair, UVM, St. Mike's, Champlain, 20 min to BTV. Pet Friendly! The space This cozy one bed one bath apartment is perfect for a solo or couples' vacation. We are also a great home base for those traveling for work or working remotely. A perfect private location for those attending weddings in the local area - 3 miles of scenic roads to Maquam and just 8 minutes to The Essex. Free WIFI & access to cable and streaming services through our ROKU TV. Upgraded ceiling fans and AC provided in the summer. Relax on your own private deck overlooking our fields & fruit orchard. Great natural light throughout the apartment. House plants aplenty. Full kitchen with full sized fridge, electric stove, Keurig coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster oven & microwave. Queen bed with medium firm mattress. Extra pillows provided. Full sized bathroom with bathtub shower. Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash available. Guest access Private entrance & free off street parking for 2 vehicles. Open the sliding door, or screen door, to your own private deck. Guests are welcome to walk the open 11 acres behind the apartment. Access to the barn and the woods is prohibited. Other things to note We'd be happy to welcome your well-behaved dog. $50/stay. You are welcome to walk our fields and fruit orchard but access to the woods is prohibited. We live next door in the main house & have a Basset Hound named Hank. You may see him on leash in the driveway or playing ball/sunning himself in the backyard. You may hear him when you are coming and going. My mom and husband also occupy the property. Please help us conserve energy by turning off lights, fans, ACs, etc. when not in use and when checking out.
