Detached house in quiet and family-friendly area

This is a very family-friendly, convenient and cozy, newly renovated house. Here you can enjoy long summer days on the large terrace and the children can play in the garden. The house is located in a cul-de-sac, and it is a quiet and peaceful area. Only 8 min walk to Fjellhamar train station which takes you to Oslo S in 22 min or Lillestrøm in 6 min. Walking distance to Strømmen Storsenter and the forest is right next to with nice hiking trails. Gardermoen is only 30 minutes away by car. The space The house consists of two floors, with all main rooms on the upper floor. In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, toilet and sink that the tenants can use. A separate part of the basement is used as a studio, so the person living there must be taken into account during the stay. The driveway is shared with the nearest neighbor, but you have the entire right side of the driveway, with space for 3 cars. The entire main floor was renovated in 2020, with modern and practical solutions. Kitchen and living room in one, with kitchen island and fully equipped kitchen. The dining table can be pulled out and accommodate up to 12 people. There are two Tripp Trapp chairs and an extra high chair that can be used as you wish. The living room has a spacious layout with plenty of space for children to play. The bedrooms are bright and inviting, overlooking a small forest grove and a slope often visited by a small deer family. We have extra mattress and baby bed that can be provided if needed. The garden on the back is used by tenants and has its own access. The living room has a large sliding door to a spacious and lovely terrace and garden. Here the sun comes in at 9 o'clock and the evening sun sets right in front of the house in the west. Here you can enjoy long and nice evenings. The terrace has a dining table with space for 10 and a sofa group with space for about 5. Large parasol can be used if needed. The entrance has a staircase of 4 steps, but it is fine to tilt or lift a pram up. The hallway has room for two prams. Guest access The entire upper floor and parts of the lower floor. The studio and locked storage room in the basement are not available for guests. The garden in the back of the house is not available.
