Other things to note The apartment has recently had a mini makeover, new kitchen installed April 2025, new couches & lamps, freshly painted, new fridge, new washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and smart TV in the master bedroom with HDMI cable (Great to put a movie on for the kids at night time or for a bit of extra quiet time). New bed heads in all bedrooms. New Ninja Airfryer (April 2025). Coffee machine & milk frother & pantry is stocked with the usual basic supplies 😊 2 x single zip beds in the second bedroom can be made up into a King bed on request. If you need baby / Toddler equipment, please let me know, I have a porta cot, baby bath, high chair, booster seat & stroller you may borrow. A stretcher bed is also available upon request if you have an extra smaller child. Two computer screens with USB C docking station. Bring your own laptop for an instant office with multi screens. (Available on request) There is currently some construction in the Kirra area (new high rises being built) so at times there may be slight disruption of serenity on week days.
