This sleek design apartment is a dream come true on the Buda side of the Danube. It's close to the river and Margaret Island, has great access to sights both in Pest and Buda, and is a prime example of style and comfort. It has been fully renovated at a premium level, and with a separate bedroom and a spacious living area, it can comfortably host up to four people, which makes it a perfect choice for couples and small and close-knit groups of friends. The space Designing this apartment was a true project of love. Even choosing the location was a very conscious decision: close to the city centre, a few steps from the Danube, where there is a majestic view of the Parliament, the bridges, and Margaret Island, but still on the exclusive and greener Buda side of the capital. We strived for a design in which value stability, functionality and the pursuit of sustainability are present at the same time. As the owner of one of the leading design and home decor stores in Hungary (Innoconcept), we represent many premium European furniture manufacturers; products from well-known Swedish, Danish, Portuguese, Spanish, German, Dutch and Italian brands were placed in the apartment. The interior design concept of the apartment is attributed to Katalin Petyerák, Hungarian interior designer of the year. Design accessories were also given a lot of emphasis in the apartment. You can find objects such as the icon of modern industrial design, the 9093 teapot from 1985 by designer Michael Graves or the timeless AJ Station clock from 1939 by the legendary Arne Jacobsen. At the entrance, Danish brand Normann Copenhagen's Woofy welcomes visitors. The walls are decorated with my unique artistic ceramic mosaics and accessories designed for this space (Naomipeli Ceramics). We believe that the future does not belong to disposable mass goods that wear out quickly, and we are committed to representing the pursuit of sustainability and value stability in the creation of space. We trust that the experience of our guests will confirm this aspiration. And to give you a more factual description, the apartment is located on the Buda side of the city, one floor up from street level in a well-kept building with an elevator. It has been fully renovated with premium quality materials to create a comfortable and stylish place for travellers. It comprises of a living space complete with a kitchen and dining area, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, and a wardrobe / laundry space. The seating area is equipped with a comfortable sofa and armchair, and there is a smart TV with Apple TV, Disney+, Netflix, Rakuten (all of which you can use with your own account) and cable channels. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with modern and stylish appliances, and everything you might need to cook a meal. It is complete with a bar and two stools and a dining table with four chairs. The bedroom has a king size bed and a cozy lounge area with a small table and armchair. In the bathroom there is a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. There is also a wardrobe area with plenty of storage space and a washing machine for your laundry. In the entrance area you can find a full-length mirror and plenty of hangers and hooks for coats and jackets. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and there is of course heating for when the season requires. It was designed to provide all one might need for a perfect stay, and its design and the thoughtful little touches really make it stand out, sou you'll surely be able to spend your city break in style here. Guest access You'll have the place all to yourselves with full access to all amenities. Other things to note Tourist tax The sum you pay on Airbnb includes local tourist tax, no other charges apply. Linen and towels There is bed linen and a set of towels for each guest. There is no daily cleaning or linen/towel change. If you need extra, please bring your own, or you can request more before arrival at an additional cost (please message me for details). Consumables You will find a reasonable amount of consumables as per the list of amenities, such as kitchen basics, welcome coffee, toiletries (in dispensers), toilet paper, etc. Should any of this run out, please buy more at the supermarket like you would at home.
