Kick back and relax in this modern and cozy vacation home. The wonderful view of the hills and forests of the Sauerland are balm for the soul in every season. Whether in spring when everything shines in bright green, in summer when the sunsets accompany our evening, in autumn when the mists hang between the trees or in winter when everything is powdered white. There are many varied activities in the area The space The two upstairs bedrooms are accessible via a steep staircase. The first bedroom offers a cozy double bed (180 × 200). The second bedroom has two single beds (90 × 200) All doors in the house are soundproofed. On the first floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer combination, induction range, retractable range hood and oven. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, toilet, sink and a washer-dryer. In the spacious living room you will find a sofa, an electrically adjustable armchair, TV and the dining area directly by the cozy stove. The large sliding doors lead to the balcony with a lounge sofa and a wonderful view over the forests and hills. In front of the house is a private parking space and a large terrace with a garden seating area. Behind the house is another terrace and a spacious garden that invites you to play and romp.
