The view of the bay of Boka from the top is astonishing. The space The apartment belongs to the Apartments Wine House business. The entrance to the building is shared among other guests staying at the Apartments Wine House. The apartment has everything one might need for a pleasant stay: AC, TV, Wi-Fi, kitchenette, desk, and balcony. This is a 20m2 studio apartment located on the second floor with stair access only. The view from the apartment is on the main street in the Old Town. This apartment is decorated with stone wall elements and wooden interior and has a private bathroom. Guest access Check-in is done on the ground floor at the reception desk where the host will meet you on the day of your arrival. *** IT IS IMPORTANT TO INFORM THE HOST ABOUT THE ARRIVAL TIME AT LEAST 1 DAY IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE *** Every guest staying at the building will be provided with two keys: 1) an apartment key, and 2) an entrance door key. The entrance door is locked at all times and the reception desk is only open on guests demand. For all the questions and queries guests can reach out to the host at any time of the day. Other things to note As per local legislation, every guest is required to pay a tourist tax and it is mandatory to disclose a passport upon arrival on the check-in day.
