Nestled wonderfully in Tarlac and a short drive to the city proper, this modern Mediterranean-style home features bright spaces and pool view from all rooms. The villa’s minimalist-chic interior design comprises of natural materials with concrete and wood as the dominant building elements which perfectly combines simplicity and elegance. The space The casita feautures open spaces giving their guests plenty of natural light, wood plank floors from an old house built in the 20’s and 4ft plunge pool in front of living area and bedroom which makes looking out for kids easier even when adults are busy. It’s also by a lovely garden where guests can set-up their picnic, tent or intimate garden dining set-up for special events It has 1 bedroom with 2 beds: a queen sized bed and a loft bed. additional mattress may also be set up by request for extra people but we only allow 6pax in total to maintain the serenity of the area. For visiting guests, it should be arranged prior to check-in. There’s ₱250 charge per person Casita is located in brgy. san luis tarlac city, tarlac surrounded by local residence minutes away from local market and city center. It’s also a plus that a coffee shop is within your reach. sabado grounds, our own coffee house is located within Uma premises Please note that Casita is within Uma Private Villa's premises so expect street and extra music noise when Uma holds events.
