The space The Property has four bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open plan living space combining Kitchen, Dining Room and Living Room and through the sliding patio doors, a large wooden deck with picnic table and hot tub. Upstairs there is a large double Master Bedroom, a large twin bed room and a family bathroom. Downstairs there is a double bedroom and another twin bedroom, and a fairly compact shower room and toilet. Altogether the lodge will sleep eight people in six beds. The kitchen is spacious and has a microwave, under-counter fridge, washing machine, electric oven and hob. kettle, and toaster. It is fully equipped with all the utensils, crockery and glassware you will need during your stay. There is a freezer located in the understairs cupboard. A high chair and travel cot are in the upstairs master bedroom cupboard. The dining table seats eight and there are two large sofas in the living room. The television is 36 inch and connected to the wifi to receive standard TV channels. There is a DVD player and a Nintendo Wii. The table lamp in the living room also has USB's for charging two phones. The deck is fairly large and reasonably private, due to the bamboo and other planting surrounding it. It has a large and solid picnic table to eat al fresco, and the hot tub. There is also a gate to the communal grassed areas. In front of the lodge there is parking for any least two cars and beyond the road is the children's playground. Just up the road from the lodge are the tennis courts. The Manor House and all its facilities is a five minute walk away. Guest access The entire lodge is yours to use.
