Casa Mar y Vista, Punta Leona (Sea and View House)

Fantastic house to go on vacation with extended family and friends. Has the most beautiful views of the forest and the ocean, the toucans and guacamayas fly in front of the balcony. It is in Punta Leona, where Playa Blanca is, one of the best beaches of Costa Rica with white sand and clear water. The house if for 18 people, has 5 bedrooms, all with A/C and has a private swimming pool. It is not wheelchair accessible, the house has 3 floors and many stairs. The space The house is for 18 pax. Has 5 bedrooms: 2 main suites with private bathroom and balcony each, and 3 more bedrooms with bunk beds that are good for 4 people each and these 3 bedrooms share 2 bathrooms. Every bedroom has air conditioning. It also has big social ares with an open floor plan, has a TV with cable, a big balcony with ocean view, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ area, private swimming pool, laundry area, parking for 8 cars and Wi-Fi. Guest access The house is not wheelchair accessible. It has lots of stairs, has 3 floors and 5 different levels. The only thing that is at entry level is the garage. Other things to note Renting this house does not include access to the club facilities. You can access the beach but can't use the club's parking lot or infrastructure. You can leave the car next to the entrance of the gated community that is like 300 feet away from the beach. Another option is to rent a golf cart that can be parked at the entrance of the beach.
