Highwater House is located on beautiful South Beach, our custom-built fully equipped home away from home has all the comforts you’ll need to enjoy your stay. Our 1700 sq ft space includes an enclosed loft bedroom with queen bed, a convertible sofa bed in the living room, and an additional detached full bedroom suite with queen bed. 2 large covered decks, with patio furniture and bbq, and 1 full bathroom. Our Kitchen is equipped with all appliances and basic supplies (pots,pans,dishes,utensils). The space The spectacular sights of Highwater House begin on the edge of the wilderness where the Sangan River meets the Pacific Ocean and spans across endless dunes and beach, with breathtaking views of Alaska, Tow Hill and beyond. Highwater House is nestled between the forest and sand dunes on a private and secluded 3 acre property set within Naikoon Park. Unwind overlooking the Sangan River and the ocean beyond or relax enveloped in the lush foliage of the forest surrounding the back deck. Highwater House sits in among the canopy of a spruce grove. Dynamic in its design you may feel subtle movement during your stay. This is a natural and important part of the architectural structure that allows this Treehouse to comfortably occupy it's place in the trees.
