In cases of non-compliance (e.g., significant dirt, stained linens or towels, presence of animal hair, etc.), the concierge reserves the right to charge additional fees. Damages: When guests cause damages beyond normal wear and tear, they are expected to inform the host as soon as possible to find a reasonable solution together.
