The space Quaint second story apartment with private living room, bedroom, bathroom, patio and loft area. The loft is furnished with two beds and would be a perfect area for kids to stay. The laundry room is a shared space and is located downstairs in the garage. Use of the laundry room is complimentary. Laundry supplies will also be included. There is a no pet policy. There are train tracks in close proximity to the guest suite. Although it does not have a set schedule it does at times run in the middle of the night. Guest access Shared laundry area is accessed by indoor stairway to garage. Hallway to garage is connected to Host residence by a locked door. Other things to note Railroad tracks run through town so occasionally there will be some train noise. Train may run during the night. Sorry no pets allowed under any circumstances due to issues with allergies. No smoking is allowed in the unit, but there is an outside deck that can accommodate you if needed.
