Double room, private bathroom, and kitchenette equipped with an espresso machine and microwave. The room is located in my home but has an independent entrance. You can also request to use my kitchen at home (fully equipped) by agreeing on times, for preparing and eating meals. The bathroom is private and overlooks the hallway. The room has a private terrace equipped with a table with chairs and an umbrella. You will have exclusive use of the refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave to prepare breakfast or heat up a ready-made meal. In the bathroom, you have linens (shower towel or bathrobe, face towel). If you want extra linens, there is an extra cost of €6 per person to be paid at check-in. If you want to use my kitchen, ask in advance and we will make arrangements. Guest access The space at your disposal consists of a double bedroom with a private bathroom in the hallway. It is accessed through a separate entrance, and you will have exclusive use of a space equipped with a refrigerator and a coffee machine, as well as a small terrace in front of the room furnished with a coffee table, two chairs, and an umbrella. By agreeing on times, you can use the kitchen to prepare and eat meals During your stay Check-in will be done in person upon agreement on expected arrival times. Please let us know your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance on Airbnb. During your stay, I am always available in person for any information, or in case of absence, via the platform or for emergencies by phone. Before check-in, I prefer to use communication via the Airbnb platform for greater transparency and clarity. Other things to note Possibility of parking a scooter upon request. Upon your arrival, you will find: fresh water, coffee, sugar, cookies, and disposable tableware for your basic needs.
