The underground access links to each of the private villas, electronic garage entrance door accommodates the owners with direct access to their residence from their own private basement and parking area. The modern architectural design reflects the sea waves and colors of the surrounding environment. The large, wide, glass doors allow enjoyment of the stunning views, seen from the villa location. Public use of the swimming pool is not permitted. The pool is only available for use by guests renting and booking the villa and only for the duration that the villa has been booked. No lifeguard services are available and the guest is made aware that any public use of the swimming pool is prohibited and against the law unless a lifeguard is employed.
