The space This property is very well located in Grand Marina Villas by Paradise Village, just 15 minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport. There is a small shopping mall right next door. The Plaza has boutique shops, a grocery store, Starbucks, Banco Banamex, ATMs, coffee shops, Domino's Pizza, ice cream, a children's play area, and excellent Italian, Chinese, and Mexican restaurants. The condo overlooks the Nuevo Vallarta Marina so it does not have direct beach access, memberships are included for all guests in stays of 30 days or more. For stays of less than 30 days, if you wish to use the Beach Club and the Sport Club, there is an additional cost per adult guest of $550 Mexican pesos for up to 7 days, $1,000 Mexican pesos for up to 14 days, and $1,500 Mexican pesos for up to 21 days, and the membership for children under 12 years of age is $275 Mexican pesos for up to 7 days, $500 Mexican pesos for up to 14 days of entry, and $750 Mexican pesos for up to 21 days.
