It is an enclave located in the heart of Alt Penedès, designed for those looking for a different getaway, in a unique, rural, ecological environment, among vineyards and farm animals, but without giving up the comforts and comfort offered by the stay in an establishment that has been completely restored and rehabilitated. A quality rural accommodation, 45 minutes from Barcelona and Tarragona, which includes a private pool, tennis court/fronton, stable with horses, animal farm, BBQ/picnic area, as well as a wide range of services and activities typical of a B&B establishment. Guest access The property is surrounded by beautiful vineyards and gardens and offers magnificent views of the mountain and forest. The grounds of the Comarquinal allow horseback riding and the surroundings are ideal for hiking and cycling. The staff has information about the picturesque Alt Penedès region, famous for its wineries and cava production. The property is a 25-minute drive from Montserrat Monastery and 40 km from the nearest beaches. Barcelona and Tarragona are less than an hour away by car. Other things to note ESTABLISHMENT RULES CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT Check-in time 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (arrival time confirmation required) Check-out time 11:00 am (Late check-out to be consulted at reception €20 / Hour Always bring the ID of all guests. A document must be completed and submitted at check-in.  Access by visitors not staying at the hotel is prohibited. Depending on the stay requested, security deposits may be required. OUTDOORS We offer you the advantages of rural accommodation with the enjoyment of common facilities and equipment. To ensure the good coexistence and comfort of all guests, we would appreciate it if you respect the rules and schedules. We also ask you to be careful and leave the facilities clean and tidy. Picnics or meals cannot be arranged in the main gardens of the farmhouse. Only in enabled areas indicated by the staff. Respect and treat animals and plants with affection. Please do not feed the animals. In the outdoor space, always throw cigarette butts in the ashtrays and use the trash cans. Respect the silence throughout the complex after midnight. BBQ available upon prior reservation and use subject to seasonal regulations. (additional cost) After using the barbecues, leave them well extinguished and clean. POOL Hours: 7:00 am to 10:00 pm The hotel pool is seasonal and its opening hours are from May 1 to October 15. Do not use the white towels in the rooms for the pool. Always pick up your belongings when leaving the place. The use of glass containers is strictly forbidden. Playing ball and running around the edges of the pool is forbidden. SPORTS COURT Fronton tennis court available to guests. You can order rackets and balls at the hotel. Always leave the used material collected. ROOMS, APARTMENTS AND INDOOR ROOMS. No smoking or candles in the bedrooms and interior rooms. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. There are indoor common rooms equipped for eating, with refrigerators and microwaves. The whirlpool tubs will not be in operation from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please keep your voice down at night to respect all guests' rest. Apartments must be left in order, with clean kitchen utensils and garbage collected. Please use water and electricity resources responsibly. PETS Pets are allowed only upon request and prior authorization and in enabled rooms. They have an additional cost. Cats are not allowed. They must be kept on a leash within the resort premises. They cannot be left alone inside the rooms or apartments. They cannot climb on sofas or beds.
