Our home has ample living space, a large deck with a BBQ grill, plenty of private outdoor space, fire pit, 2 gas fireplaces, dining room, kitchen with breakfast bar and new appliances, 2 LED smart TVs, cable service, and fast Wi-Fi. walk into the 2 story foyer that opens to the kitchen, living room, 1/2 bath, dinning room and game room. The upper level has 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private full bathroom and there is another full bathroom in the hallway. Lower level floor has a large living space, great for movie night and hanging with your large group. A game room, sauna, full bathroom, and additional dining space complete the lower level. The lower level walks out to the large deck with outdoor seating, covered HOT TUB (open year round), and a swimming pool (typically open May through September). There is a large private backyard and a firepit for you to stargaze and roast marshmallows. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac with lots of privacy. It's a tranquil atmosphere for the ultimate relaxing experience. level II EV charger is available at the home!! • There are 3.5 bathrooms in the home. • Free WiFi, washer/dryer, linens, towels, and starter paper products are provided. • We are pet friendly ($150 pet fee applies. Must be house trained.) • off street Parking available for 4 cars. Additional street parking is available on the cul-de-sac. We do welcome up to two dogs, with the expectation that they not be allowed on the beds or furniture at any time, and that no evidence may be left behind of them, inside or outside the home. If you do bring your pet, please make sure you have time on the day of checkout to sweep and/or vacuum as necessary to remove any sign of pet hair. You will have 24/7 remote access and keypad entry to the home. Guests have access to the entire home, except for the garage and storage closet. Other things to note Please note the pool is not heated. Must be 23 or older to rent No smoking No parties or events. Community Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM Check-in is anytime after 4PM Check out by 11AM Self check-in with keypad. Code provided on day of check-in. garage is not accessible as it's used by the housekeeping team to store supplies.
