Ski locker for all your gear! King adjustable bed and Queen pullout couch sleeps up to four (4) guests. Our bright, airy and clean 1 bedroom condo is sure to please with all of the comforts of home. Bedroom - enjoy our brand new KING memory foam mattress with adjustable base for the ultimate relaxation. Soft and fresh white linens provided. Bedside stands and lamps with USB outlets. Full dresser and closet offer plenty of room for clothes. Room darkening shades for those a bit sensitive to light. Kitchen - updated appliances. Fully stocked kitchen with all of the essentials so you can enjoy meals at home. Keurig coffee machine, drip coffee machine, blender, pots & pans, bakeware, mixer, its all there! Bar nook complete with wine glasses when you are ready to unwind. Gather around and enjoy your meal on our beautiful solid wood dining table with benches. Living room - our brand new couch is the perfect place to throw your feet up after a long day enjoying all that Killington & Vermont have to offer. The couch offers a pull-out Queen memory foam mattress. TV and wifi provide options to enjoy all of your favorite streaming apps as well as free access to XFinity apps and Peacock app. Sit fireside with the touch of a button at our gas fireplace for a perfect end to an evening. Enjoy the view from the large slider that opens to our balcony. Enjoy the sounds of the babbling brook just behind us. Bathroom - clean and updated bathroom including a stand-up shower. Clean, soft white towels and hair dryer are provided for your stay. Ski Locker - just inside the building entrance is a ski locker where you can keep your skis, boards, poles, and boots. Please keep the key in a safe space. A $25 fee will apply for lost key. You'll have the entire condo to yourself! Laundry Room is available in the building next door. In warmer months, guests may use the condo complex's ammenities including in-ground swimming pool, tennis courts, playground, outdoor charcoal BBQ grills, picnic tables. Swimming pool is open Memorial Day - Labor Day. We are locals and are just a few minutes away should anything arise during your stay. We have a combined 36 years of living and enjoying all Killington and Vermont have to offer, so feel free to ask us for recommendations on just about anything! Whiffletree condos are located conveniently on the golf course and a short distance to Killington's Snowshed Base Area for mountain biking, hiking, and snow sports. A few dining options are within walking distance and you are just a short drive to all that our exciting access road has to offer! Numerous restaurants offer something for everyone and the legendary night life! Onsite parking is available for our guests. During the winter, take the free resort shuttle to the Grand Hotel or Snowshed base area that stops at Whiffletree condos. From Snowshed, you can connect to K1, Bear or Skyeship base areas. The shuttle runs weekends only during the ski season, every 20 minutes. When you are done skiing for the day, take the ski home trails back to the condo. During the warmer months, leave the car; the Golf Course, Bike Park, outdoor adventure center and dining options are within walking distance. Year round, the "Barrel Rider" provides a safe ride to/from the Access Road. "The Bus" regional transportation system provides access along the access road and down to Rutland for a night out or shopping. The closest stop for "The Bus" is located at the Grand Hotel, just around the corner. The condo is professionally cleaned prior to check-in. No pets - Unfortunately, only owners are permitted to have pets at Whiffletree condos. We are happy to provide recommendations for local overnight pet sitting services. We offer a 5 day cancellation policy with full refund. Cancellations within 5 days are non-refundable so we strongly encourage you purchase travel insurance with your booking. Accessibility - the building entrance is one step down from the parking lot and the condo is located up one half flight of stairs, so it is not accessible for wheelchairs or those with difficulty with stairs. A few nearby hotel accommodations have elevators and handicap accessibility. Like many accommodations in VT, the condo does not have air conditioning. Most days, the cool mountain breezes provide a comfortable temperatures. A fan is provided for additional comfort. In booking this property, renter and their guests agree to hold harmless the owner for any injury or other harm on the property or within the premises.
