Seagull at Leigh Cottages is a beautiful bungalow situated in established, well maintained grounds shared with other similar holiday properties of just 8 in total. Located in the charming hamlet of Weston. Walk through the National Trust wooded combe which leads to a secluded pebble beach, perfect for swimming. Or take the higher path to the cliff and join the South West Coast Path. The Donkey Sanctuary is on the door step and Sidmouth is just 3 miles away. Walk through the National Trust wooded combe, minutes from the cottage, the lower path leads to a secluded pebble beach, perfect for swimming in the crystal-clear water. Or take the higher path to the cliff and join the South West Coast Path which has spectacular views over Lyme Bay. The Donkey Sanctuary is on the door step and Sidmouth is just 3 miles away. There is level access from the gravel parking space, through to the bungalow. Kitchen/Diner/Lounge: Open plan living area with comfortable seating and a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. Bedroom 1: Double bedroom with a double bed. Bedroom 2: A single bedroom. Bathroom: Tiled shower room with hand basin and WC. Outside space: Seagull has a small patio area with table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining! It faces onto a large garden shared with the 3 adjacent bungalows. Also adjoining is a field for use by the 8 properties. There is a communal laundry area with use of a coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a freezer available for guest use in the communal area. Parking: Signed space for 1 car aprox 10 meters from the property, plus visitor parking on site. Nearby attractions include the Norman Lockyer observatory, River Cottage HQ, The Donkey Sanctuary, Otterton Mill, Stuart Line Cruises, Seaton Tramway and RSPB Nature reserves. There are also delicious restaurants to taste the best of the South West Produce such as The Pea Green Boat, The Pig at Combe, The River Exe Cafe and Lympstone Manor.
