Welcome to our waterfront, 3-bedroom cottage that has everything you need for your getaway to the Kawartha Lakes! This space is equip with a washer/dryer, Free Wi-Fi, BBQ Grill, a fire pit & more! During your stay, you can also enjoy using a convenient indoor fireplace, kitchen and a spacious living room, while taking in an incredible view of the lake and surrounding nature. Our Airbnb is within a short driving distance to restaurants, parks and hikes; An ideal base to explore! Guest access The entire space will be fully accessible to our guests, minus the basement of the cottage. Please make yourselves at home ! Other things to note The lake water is safe and swimmable.We put into place an aeration system that keeps our water front fresh and free of weeds so you can enjoy all the lake has to offer! Tap water is okay to drink ! There are no motorized boats on property, for personal use. If you plan on bringing a boat of your own on property, there is a boat launch that you may access. The address to the boat launch is 1216 Portage Rd, Kirkfield, ON K0M 2B0, Mitchell Lake Boat Launch. For any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask. Firewood for the fire pit will not be provided. Please bring your own firewood to the property.
