You’ll be sharing the backyard with us and our two sweet, spayed female golden retrievers. They’re friendly and love saying hello. Other things to note Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Only one dog allowed, must be 1 year or older with pre-approval from the host. No parties or events. Quiet hours 10 pm- 8 am. Check out is 11 am on day of departure. Breaking of any rules will result in early departure without refund, or additional costs. No refunds will be given for weather/power/internet outages, change of plans, or life events. Consider appropriate TRAVEL INSURANCE. (Refunds will be processed accordingly if the reservation is canceled within the cancelation policy window) Only a starter set of select products (trash bags, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, dish and laundry detergent) is supplied.
