Very private cabin in the woods with a beautiful view of the valley and forest. This area is very popular for fishing, hunting, quading, hiking etc. Ample flat parking to bring your boat and/or toys. Close by you can enjoy the local cidery, honey farm and other local delights. Beautiful acreage accessed via your private driveway. This brand new cabin has been built with attention to detail with a high ceiling and lots of windows making you feel right at home. The front patio features a BBQ and welcomes you into the living room. This features a dining table, a ceiling fan, a comfy couch and armchair with a wood burning fireplace to cuddle up by. Bed Configuration: Queen bed (sleeps 2) This cabin is purpose built for a single guest, or couple, or a couple with 1 or 2 children. The rate is based on 2 persons. For additional persons we offer brand new comfy cots with bedding for an additional $30 per night. Bathroom configuration: Full bathroom with stand up shower. Fully equipped and self-contained kitchen boasts new appliances. The adjacent pantry offers you many small appliances and extra plates, glasses, pots/pans, etc. Pet Friendly: The pet fee is $30 plus taxes per night/per pet. We do not accept cats as they are hard to keep off furniture. PLEASE NOTE, PETS NEED to be approved, and cannot be left alone in the cabin, so please inquire at the time of booking. With AirBNB, the pet fee listed is priced for the minimum stay required. If your stay is longer than the minimum stay required, we will send an adjustment for the pet fee according to the number of nights you are staying. Please let us know if you have any questions. Please note: There is no cell phone coverage, however, free wi-fi is provided so you may utilize your phone via wi-fi. There is no T.V. to maximize your peace and quiet, but the wi-fi works for you to stream video or music via your personal laptop or device. Maximum stay is 30 days, however, longer stays may be considered. This makes it convenient for you so if you need to check in late - no problem at all. Dogs are not permitted to be left alone in the cabin or ouside. When away from the cabin please: -Ensure fireplace fully extinguished -Lock front door and patio door -all Lights and fans are off -Ensure all garbage and recycling is kept inside the cabin as there is wildlife in the area. If you require a pick up during your stay just call us, otherwise we will take care of the garbage/recycling at the time of your departure.
