Within the Monte Cofano natural reserve, close to Castelluzzo and the San Vito Lo capo Villages, we offer a recently renewed (2015 and 2022) farmhouse. Split into two-three separate apartments, ground floor and first floor (the ground floor can be further split into two fully independent units. this ad refers to one unit of the ground floor, seaside unit), fully respecting the privacy of our guests. The first floor has its own advertisement as "Monte Cofano natural reserve" . The apartment is composed of a large kitchen-living room fully equipped with fridge , electric oven, and so on, with the possibility of a double bed. Large living room (30 square meters) with a couch (with the possibility to transform it in a double bed) , fireplace, ancient arch, eating area. Large bedroom (25 square meters) with the bathroom inside. very efficient air conditioning. Free baby bed available upon request. Guest access Each apartment is completely independent with full respect of privacy. Garden areas, bbq area, terraces, parking lot and laundry room (in a separate building) are shared with the other units. Laundry room has a coin-operated washing machine and free dryer. Even though the number of Covid-19 have been very low in Sicily and especially in our area we have added a disinfection procedure to our professional cleaning before the check in of each guest. Other things to note minimal length: 3 days. shorter periods are possible upon request. Animals are not admitted. Exceptions are possible renting the whole house and upon agreement with the owners.
