On the edge of Cowes, close to the GP Circuit, Penguin Parade & Red Rocks Beach, this pet friendly 4-bedroom home has great views, open plan kitchen, sitting room, spa bath and games room. The property boasts the deck of your dreams with 4 separate seating areas, overlooking a back paddock where wallabies roam. The deck can be enclosed in winter and features a heater for year round use. There are only 2 small steps to enter the property and a fully fenced back yard for your 4-legged friends. The space The main bedroom features a very comfortable king sized bed with queens in the two others. The 4th bedroom has a set of bunks, a single, a queen and a trundle - making it ideal for any children or a bit of a slumber party vibe. The second living room has a small sofa bed and a port-a-cot can be found in the closet of the main bedrooom. Bed linens and towels are supplied for your stay, however, if you need either the cot, trundle or sofa bed, please let us know in advance so we can supply linens for these. Our kitchen is well equipped to enable some delightful dishes being prepared for family and friends. Dine inside or choose to dine outside overlooking some spectacular views. A coffee machine is available with a colletion of starter pods - if you require more there is an ALDI nearby in Cowes where they can be purchased (along with an IGA, Coles and Woolworths). For cooler nights, there is a games room with a ping pong table and board games. In the main living room enjoy the warmth that only a wood fire can provide as you watch the flames of the Coonara. Or you could enjoy a relaxing radox bath in the bathroom spa. The property also has two separate toilets. Guest access We have one room at the front of the home that is locked and not available for guests, there is also a shed in the back garden that is off limits, other than that enjoy the rest of the house. Please note that the laundry is under the house and does involve going down the steps at the rear. There are 2 entrances to the home, one via the main entrance and one from the deck, both have 2 small steps to negotiate, but that's all. Other things to note The property features a pet friendly secure backyard. The fence at the rear of the property is 1m high though, so if you have pets that jump, it may not be sufficiently high enough. An additional $50 cleaning fee will be charged for any guests exceeding 8 as well as for pets. Please note that we require advance notice if you intend to bring any furry friends with you.
