It's only 40 meters from Gunillbacken, where a lift can take you to the delightful ski areas of both Duved and Tegefjäll. Check-in and check-out times can be flexible just ask. The space Newly built top flor apartment (79 sqm). The apartment consists of 3 large bedrooms, a kitchen/living room, a bathroom with a washing machine and dryer, and a spacious sauna. Minimum age requirement: 25 years, but your children are, of course, welcome. If you dont whant to clean the appartment by your self you can allways book final cleaning through me for 1500kr. Just let me know in advance and I'll book and the extra payment is made via AirBnB Due to allergies, pets are not allowed. Cozy sofa, armchair, TV (Channels 1, 2 & 6), and, of course, a fireplace for cozy evenings. Hallway: Plenty of space with a sitting bench and ample room for ski boots, back protectors, helmets, and clothes. Bathroom: Shower, washing machine and dryer, and a spacious sauna. Private spacious top flor balcony accessible from the master bedroom and living room. As the apartment is located high in the building, the balcony offers a private space with a fantastic view of the mountain landscape and Åreskutan with the ski system. Ski storage: Spacious lockable ski storage outside the front door. Parking space directly outside the apartment. The tenant is responsible for their own bed linen, sheets, and towels. You are responsible for the cleaning yourself or book final cleaning through me. There is a parking space that belongs to this apartment.
