Quiet area with nature around the corner – sometimes moose and deer are seen, and chickens move freely around. 📍 Close to Varnhem, Kata Gård, Skara Sommarland, the Pilgrim's Path, and beautiful natural areas. Hornborgasjön. The space About the listing 🏡 The villa car is 20 sqm and is secluded on our farm, surrounded by nature and with limited transparency thanks to a barn that shields off. Ideal for those looking for peace and quiet – or want to combine nature experience with remote work. 🛏️ Sleeps Two comfortable single beds (90 cm wide), height-adjustable for added comfort. 🍳 Kitchen Fully equipped with oven, microwave, two hot plates, fridge (no freezer), as well as kitchen utensils, plates, glasses and cutlery. Spices, coffee and tea are on site. 🔥 BBQ Area BBQ area with a nice view over the water – perfect for summer evenings. 🚽 Toilet There is no water toilet in the listing. You use an electric composting toilet indoors or an outdoor toilet that is outside next to the patio (see picture). There is a shower. 🧺 Sheets & towels You bring your own. If you need to rent, please contact us in advance. We charge a fee of SEK 100/person for sheets & towels. 🧹 Cleaning You clean up after yourself – see house rules for details. In the event of a lack of or inadequate cleaning, SEK 500 will be charged. The villa wagon is in a quiet area where surrounding houses are permanently rented by us. 🌿 A simple, pleasant accommodation with proximity to both nature and sights.
