Classic 1950s triple fronted cream brick house on an elevated block in Geelong's mid-century Golden Mile. Renovated throughout in keeping with the era. Rates for two people assume a couple sharing a bedroom. If separate rooms are required please advise at the time of booking. Guests have the house to themselves, but are asked to use only those bedroom(s) agreed at the time of booking. Suited to singles, couples or small family groups. The space Updated kitchen with dishwasher. Lounge with generous sofa and open fireplace. WIFI avl with excellent speed. Bedrooms separate from living areas - one with views and two with doors leading onto the rear elevated deck - no balustrade. Native rear garden with secure fencing. Ducted air-conditioning and heating to all rooms. Guest access Guests will have the entire house to themselves regardless of the number of people staying, but are asked only to access the bedroom(s) agreed at the time of booking. Please note that rates for two people assume a couple sharing a bedroom. If more than one bedroom is required please advise at the time of booking. Similarly rates for 3 people assume the use of two bedrooms. If a further bedroom is required please advise at the time of booking. Guests are free to enjoy the front and rear gardens. Guests will not have access to the garage or garden shed. Other things to note Minimum 2 night stay. Catering for 2 to 6 people. Stairs leading to all entrances.
