Very cozy and recently renovated apartment with incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean located in the Pedras Negras de San Vicente do Mar urbanization in O Grove (Pontevedra). If you decide on our apartment, I can assure you that you will enjoy unforgettable sunrises and sunsets, both from the large terrace and from any of the rooms. San Vicente do Mar has several beaches that you can reach on foot or by bike from the apartment The space The apartment is 45 square meters plus a 10 m2 terrace. It has an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen-dining room, a living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower and a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The terrace has sun loungers and a table with outdoor chairs. Both the living room and the bedroom have double-glazed aluminum windows with sea views. The apartment is on the fourth floor of the building and does not have an elevator (like almost none in the area). Guest access The building has private parking.
