Capacity for up to 12 people and 570 m2 available. The space Beautiful spectacular house located in Bellaterra, a quiet residential area that is very well connected to Barcelona. Couples, solo travelers, families, or groups can stay. The house has 3 floors. The owner lives on the top floor. It is a completely separate apartment from the guests' space. The other two floors are exclusively for guests. The main floor, where the house is accessed, has the bedrooms and parking. On the lower floor is the cellar with dining room, kitchen and garden with pool. The spaces are totally private and with independent access. Each of the rooms has air conditioning, a walk-in closet and a full bathroom. There is also the possibility of adding cribs. Ask us. The cellar dining room can accommodate up to 12 people. It has an indoor grill and an outdoor Weber barbecue. The living room is connected to the garden by a beautiful sliding door so that it can be kept open or closed depending on the weather. The garden has grass, shady trees, games, a fenced pool, outdoor furniture, barbecue, tables and chairs to enjoy delicious meals outside. There is also a basketball hoop and a ping pong table. For the little ones, we have a high chair at your disposal. In winter, it is possible to have outdoor stoves if you want to enjoy meals in the middle of nature without getting cold. The house is very well equipped, clean and with all kinds of details that will make you feel at home.
