Sohodol Escape - Cozy modern African loft in Bran

Our carefully designed first floor loft is cozy and modern with furnishings inspired by our many years spent living in Malawi and Nigeria. It has access to off-road parking, a private entrance and outdoor space with a hammock. Sohodol is an idyllic Romanian village etched into the hills surrounding Bran; 20 minutes walk downhill to one of Romania’s premier tourist attractions but removed enough from the commotion to enjoy the peace, tranquility and unmatched beauty of the Carpathian mountains. The space There is one large queen sized sofa bed and a comfortable extra floor mattresses & inflatable mattresses. There is an additional 2-person sofa bed downstairs entrance area which can also be used overnight. We have lots of extra blankets, pillows, cushions & throws - just ask! The loft would be perfect for two adults or a family of four (2 adults, 2 children). We can accommodate no more than four people. There is a microwave that also functions as a grill, an electric hob and usual kitchen appliances and utensils. Breakfast items in the kitchen cupboards are included for your consumption. The loft has its own dedicated private entrance and patio area. It is situated above the garage of our house and more often than not, we will be at home. Myself and my husband are two friendly retired doctors with many stories to tell and are happy for as much or as little interaction as you would like. Guest access Parking is on the driveway in front of the house, can accommodate up to three cars and is shared so please do not park directly in front of the garage. You have freedom to use the entire garden, and have your own dedicated private patio with a hammock, outdoor furniture and a portable BBQ to use. We also have a small fire pit. If you'd like to get a fire going with an iron cauldron and try out some traditional Romanian recipes - we'd be more than happy to help get you set up & enjoy a warm meal by the fire! Other things to note Please make sure to close the Velux windows in the ceiling of the loft and the bathroom anytime you leave to prevent rain from getting in.
