Welcome to Laurel Highlands House - Confluence. This quiet and cozy home is located on 2 private acres, just up the road from Yough Lake and Dam. You and your family or friends will have access to all that the Yough and Laurel Highlands area have to offer, while enjoying the peacefulness of the town of Confluence. Bring your bikes, kayaks, or boat, there's room for it all - adjacent to the house is a spacious gravel driveway with a large turnaround for those traveling with trailers. The space The house is located on a private, two acre corner lot; so, there's plenty of room for outdoor fun. The large covered porch and deck offer outdoor dining and seating, along with a fire pit in the side yard. Inside the house, you will be greeted with a well stocked kitchen. Everything you need to make a meal is here at the house - just add food. Two seating/TV viewing areas provide for a quiet area and a more lively, play area. All of the bedrooms provide a closet and/or dressers for your belongings to be stored while visiting. Each bedroom and the main living room (other than the bunk room) has its own 43 in TV (the large living area upstairs has a 75 in TV). Not in the mood for TV, the house is stocked with books for adults and children, games (both indoor and out), activity books, coloring books and excellent, Xfinity Wifi. Each floor has a full bathroom. Towels and paper products are provided. The house is cooled with window AC units. Each bedroom has its own AC unit, the living space on the main floor and the living space on the second floor are equipped with larger window AC units. For the cooler weather, the main floor is heated by oil forced air heat; while the upstairs is heated by electric, baseboard heat. Guest access You will have access to the entire property, other than the basement and detached garage. They are not accessible to guests at this time. Other things to note The house is on a septic system; so, please, nothing other than toilet paper in toilets and no food in the sink.
