Enjoy luxury and convenience at this new 4 season build in gimli. Literally a 4- 5 minute drive from all conveninces, including groceries, gas, restaurants, pharmacies, shopping &the main beach. A 10 mins walk to a smaller beach and 4 mins to the snowman trail for both winter and summer use. The back yard boosts a fire pit area and a fire table in a screened gazebo on the large back deck. This property comes with a fully equipped kitchen. Pls note only medium size dogs no cats due to allergies. The space very comfortable beds and living room furniture as well as a huge back deck and well equipped kitchen Guest access full house and yard. not shed Other things to note absolutely no smoking in the house and please clean up any cigarette butts. sorry - we do not have any ash trays but you can make one out of foil if needed. we have a camera on the front deck (far west end of deck) of the house to watch the driveway. it will be turned off while guests are there.
