The entire unit is yours to settle into. You are free to enjoy the front yard and, in the back, everything up to the red gate is dedicated for your use exclusively. I love interacting with my guests! You would never know this neighborhood is sandwiched between two major cross streets. The area is safe and quiet, with a mixture of single family residences and larger townhome communities. You will be among a diverse group of folks, many of whom take a midday stroll with their pooch and are ready with a wave and a smile. You'll see a bit of mid-century craftsman charm with hint of urban and suburban styling. You are walking distance from charming downtown La Mesa and an easy drive from fabulous hiking and beaches. The outside continues to look a bit scruffy, but I am absolutely working to improve the curb appeal.
