The layout is a 'Jack & Jill,' meaning the bedrooms each access the bathroom directly. Essentially, you have to either walk through the 2nd br/office to get to the bathroom, or you can access via exterior doors and through the master. It is a little wonky, but definitely a charmer! The space This is the private central unit in a small triplex community. You have two dedicated, off-street parking spots, your own private entrances, and an outdoor living space for your exclusive use. Guest access The entire unit is yours to settle into. You are free to enjoy the front yard and, in the back, everything up to the red gate is dedicated for your use exclusively. Other things to note The outside continues to look a bit scruffy, but I am absolutely working to improve the curb appeal. Please know the exterior is not indicative of what you'll find once you walk through your front door!
