The space Casa Felicia is a luxurious resort situated in a 5000-sqm mango farm, offering guests a peaceful and refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. It boasts an extensive outdoor area complimented with garden furniture where you can sit and relax while taking in the stunning view of the green surroundings. The villa itself features three bedrooms, two of which offers access to a scenic balcony. From the balcony, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the pool and surrounding mountains. The villa also features two spacious living rooms, providing ample space for you and your constants to relax and unwind. Board games and card games are available upon request for you to enjoy! Guest access At Casa Felicia, you can enjoy a range of top-notch amenities designed to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. These amenities include: Adult Pool: The resort features an adult pool that is 4-5ft deep, providing a perfect place for guests to cool off and relax under the sun. Kiddie Pool: For the little ones, there is a kiddie pool that is only 2 feet deep, making it safe and enjoyable for children of all ages. Spacious Outdoor and Garden Areas: The resort boasts an extensive outdoor and garden area, complimented with garden furniture, where youcan sit and relax while taking in the beautiful view of the surrounding mango farm. Secured Open Parking: Casa Felicia has a secured open parking area that can accommodate 12-15 cars, providing you with a safe and convenient place to park your vehicles. Other things to note 1. Check-in and Check-out Time Check-in time of 2pm and check-out time of 11am is strictly implemented. Early check-in and late check-out is allowed depending on the availability of the villa and has a charge of Php 1,000 per exceeding hour. 2. Accommodation The base rate for accommodation is applicable for up to 10 guests, and any guests exceeding this limit will be charged an extra fee of Php 1,000 per person per night. However, if the number of guests exceeds 16, the additional fee must be paid in cash as the maximum allowable number of guests on Airbnb is limited to 16.
