This suburban area is well served: the local train is ten minutes walk away, and takes you to the airport in 25 mins, and to the city center in 15 mins; a shopping mall with a 24/7 hypermarket is ten minutes' walk, while you are surrounded by nature and parks. Take a break in this peaceful oasis! The space The apartment is on the top fourth floor, without a lift, so be ready for many stairs. The apartment opens to the main room, a big lounge, which has a dining corner, two armchairs and a big sofa that serves as a comfortable single-bed without being opened, and a queen-size double-bed when open. There is also a desk should you need some office space. A small balcony opens to the inner courtyard, with a seating opportunity. There is a double bed (140cm width) in the bedroom and plenty of space for your personal belongings in the wardrobe. If necessary, the working space may be moved from the lounge to the bedroom. In the kitchen, you can find all that is needed to prepare a good meal, and plenty of space for cooking. The bathroom is small, and there is a good shower, but no shower cabin.
