A bright and sunny apartment overlooking the Erasmus Park and the Erasmusgracht in a quiet and green neighborhood of Amsterdam. It is about 10 minutes by bike or tram to the Jordaan (30 min. walking distance). My house can be found on the top floor of a building from the 1930s, directly on the park. It has two spacious balconies on both sides, so you can enjoy the sun all day and evening. A homey place from which you can discover the city:) The space It is a beautiful apartment from the 1930s with many authentic features. Please be aware that the house is located on the 4th floor, with no elevator. Only a wooden floor separates the house from the downstairs neighbors, so try to be considerate of them in terms of noise. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, fridge, microwave, oven and Nespresso machine. There is a new Samsung smart TV with Netflix, which you can easily cast to.
