Guest access To enter by vehicle, stop before the main office and use the keypad (#code) on the left to open the main gate. The backdoor has access to the parking lot, pool, and tennis courts (code) without #. When entering and leaving please make sure the "LOCK" button is pushed for security. Other things to note *Please note* The island is prone to occasional WAPA (the local power company) outages, which typically last 30 minutes to 1 hour. Our condo complex does not have a generator, but we provide flashlights in the unit. A pre-paid card washer and dryer machines are available on the property, near the gate entrance. It is located in the same building as the property office. Beach Chairs - Beach tags are provided 1 per guest. These tags must be presented to the beach chair attendant. Please return all tags before checkout. Lost tags will be charged at $50 per tag. Any hanging of towels, clothes or suits to dry in the front exterior of the unit is prohibited.
