Property includes a home plus 2 separate guest houses and on-site parking! The space The main house offers 2 bedrooms (1 with a queen and 1 with twin beds) each with its own bathroom, a shared balcony, a living room, dining room, full kitchen and a guest bathroom. Both the living and dining room extend out to a covered terrace. A large patio which hosts an outdoor dining space is also at the level of the living room. Both the terrace and patio lead to a large pool area, with a wonderful view of the sea, Spetses island and the village. 12 steps down from the pool deck you will find 2 independent family friendly guest apartments. The first one includes a living room, a bedroom (with a king size bed) and a bathroom. The second one is a studio with a queen and a bunk bed, a bathroom and a small kitchenette. Guest access The villa is a 5 minute from the centre of Porto Heli. Porto Heli can be reached in 2.5 hours by car from the Athens Eleftherios Venizelos international airport or by the Flying Dolphin ferry from the Post of Piraeus. The host can give you more detailed directions upon request. Other things to note All 4 bedrooms on the property are air-conditioned. Due to the outdoor setting children must be supervised. The pool area is equipped with 6 sunbeds, 3 umbrellas as well as some pool toys. The property also provides a washing machine, dishwasher, italian coffee machine with a free package of coffee pods.
