JJ’s Place💕 is a cozy comfortable two story house, located in the heart of the City of Cleveland. We strive to give guests a home away from home and will treat you like family. You will love staying here, so be our Guest, whether you come in to stay for a short while or longer. 💕 Our space is equipped with a SMART TV only in the living room and WIFI services for all your streaming and entertainment needs. There are no cable, Dish Tv etc but you can stream Hulu, Disney+ Amazon Prime with your personal logins. There are also 2 recliners and one sofa that are very comfortable for relaxing. There are 3 bedrooms, The main bedroom have a huge California King Bed that sleeps two people, the second bedroom have a comfortable Amish built Queen Bed that also sleeps two people, the 3rd small bedroom is an office and has a desk, office chair and basic office supplies, there is no bed in this room. All rooms are equipped with window AC units that are functional. Keep in mind the office is NOT equipped with a printer or a computer. There’s a basement that’s fully finished but NOT available for guests to use and also an attic but those two spaces are NOT available for guest to use. We have laundry in the basement only for guests who are staying more than 7 days or longer and need to do their laundry. We also have a fully functional kitchen that’s fully equipped to cook, spices, pots, pans and cooking utensils etc are available for all your cooking needs. There is one full bathroom with a stand up shower upstairs with a double sink and toilet, also a half bathroom located near the kitchen on the first floor. The fireplace insert seen in photos is movable and electric and it is functional. Guest will have access to 3 bedrooms, two bedrooms with beds, one California King Bed in main bedroom and one Amish build Queen Bed in second bedroom, guest will also have access to a small office setup in the 3rd small bedroom with a desk, office chair. Guests will also have access to the living room, dining room, kitchen and half bathroom located near the kitchen. Guess will have access to the front porch and backyard space and are allowed to use the FIREPIT safely. Please take precautions when using the FIREPIT, make sure the fire is completely out after each use before you leave the backyard. Also you will need to bring everything you will need for a fire, Host do not provide anything for the FIREPIT. Guest are NOT allowed and do not have access or permission to use basement or attic with exception to guest that are staying more than 7 days and needs to do their laundry. If you need to do your laundry during your stay, please inform host and the host will give you access to the basement where the laundry is located. I’m easily accessible by text, email or phone if needed. I also give my guest their space but if they need me for anything I will be available within 1 hour after I’m contacted. The neighborhood is somewhat quiet with very good neighbors. There’s a Deli in a 2 minutes walking distance down the street. They have milk, beers, snacks for kids etc. There’s also Groceries stores close by, Giant Eagle, ALDIs in 4 minutes distance driving, gas station, Rite Aid pharmacy and Dunkin Donuts 🍩 are walking distance or you can drive like 2 minutes and you are there. You can’t beat the location of this Airbnb. Guest can park about 3 vehicles in the driveway, depending on the size of the vehicles, the driveway is only for paid guests, the parking on the street is also FREE. If you have a bike you can literally ride your bike to the Deli and Rite Aid Pharmacy. Please note the check in time is after 4pm and check out time is exactly 10am. Please be respectful of the check in and check out time. Cleaners need enough time to clean for other guests and are at the premise at exactly 10am to do so. Only your registered guests allowed on property or inside the house. Absolutely no unauthorized overnight guests. There’s a camera in the front entrance patio area so Host can monitor the number of people on the reservation. Please do not touch the camera. Host will not be responsible for unauthorized guest that's not registered guest, host is not responsible if unauthorized unregistered guest/guests got injured and hurt in any way. Host is also not responsible for registered guest/guests if they got hurt or injured in any possible way. Also, unauthorized guest will be considered trespassing so they are not allowed on the property if they are not on your reservation. If you choose to bring your babies, toddlers or children, keep in mind this house is not equipped with the accommodations for children. There are no safety gates for the stairs leading upstairs, outlet covers, cribs, high chairs etc. So if you bring your children you will be responsible for their safety and well being. Host will not be responsible if they got hurt on the premise. Also host needs to know the age of your children if you choose to bring them. This house can only accommodate the maximum of 4 people and no parties, large or small get together is allowed on premise. This house is not accessible for wheelchairs and is not safe for the disabled. This house have 12 stairs that leads toward the bedrooms located upstairs. Please do not bring a person that’s in a wheelchair or disabled because the house will not be safe for them. Our place is about approximately 10 minutes away from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport and for the sports fans it's 12 minutes to all stadium in downtown Cleveland. We are about 8 minutes from Ray's Indoor Mountain Bike Park. It's also close to beautiful and stunning ocean view Lakewood Park where you and your partner or family can have a picnic and at the same time enjoy the ocean view and beautiful sunset and if you have kids the park area is great for them to enjoy free. Edgewater beach is approximately 2.4 miles away.
