The space SAFETY & HOUSE RULES - Please lock all windows when leaving the apartment. - Quiet hours are 21:00–07:00 out of respect for neighbors. - Government-issued ID is required for security purposes. - This is a smoke-free apartment. Smoking is permitted on the balcony only; otherwise, a $200 cleaning fee will apply. Guest access You have access to the full apartment. Alteration: We only accept date changes alteration request 48 hrs before check-in. (You can extend your stay anytime) Other things to note CHECK-IN Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. You are welcome to arrive anytime after this time. CHECK-OUT Check-out is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any unauthorized late checkout will result in charges: $50 for up to two hours, and the full base nightly rate (no discounts) if exceeding two hours. Late checkout does not authorize continued stay and must be requested and approved in advance. If a late checkout impacts an incoming guest, any refund issued will be charged to you. NO PET POLICY Pets are strictly not allowed in the apartment or on the property. If any evidence of a pet is found, a $200 cleaning fee will apply. NO SMOKING Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony. If any trace of smoking is found inside the apartment, a $200 cleaning fee will be charged. NOISE & QUIET HOURS Parties, loud disturbances, or noise complaints are not tolerated. Failure to comply may result in removal from the property without a refund. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise, including TVs and conversations, at a respectful level at all times. Doors should be opened and closed quietly, and no running or gatherings are allowed in hallways. PARKING One designated underground parking space is allocated per apartment. Parking in an incorrect space will result in a $150 fee. HOUSEKEEPING Housekeeping is not included during your stay. Apartments are professionally cleaned before check-in and after checkout. Additional cleaning can be arranged for a $30 fee per service. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY Maximum occupancy is 4 guests, which matches your reservation. Any additional guest (up to a maximum of 5) will incur a $50 per guest, per night fee.
