Our apartment is well equipped, in a perfect position for all that St Mawes has to offer. 3 beaches, 3 pubs, 2 restaurants and 1 amazing bakery all within less than 10 minutes walk. It is well equipped for a comfortable stay. Beautiful sea view from both the lounge and master bedroom. Shared roof terrace with a stunning view including the entire bay. Numerous walks, the ferry to Falmouth and (seasonally) to Place is 5 minutes walk away. One well behaved small to medium sized dog welcome! The space ### The Space Welcome to our well-equipped, waterfront apartment, perfectly positioned for you to enjoy all that St Mawes has to offer. The open-plan living and dining area, with its charming nautical decor, is the perfect place to relax. Unwind on the comfortable grey sofa and enjoy the beautiful sea view right from the lounge window. For your entertainment, the apartment includes an HDTV, a sound system, an Ethernet connection, and a selection of board games. The compact and modern kitchen is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, featuring an oven, stovetop, microwave, and a washing machine. The apartment features two bedrooms and one bathroom. Wake up to stunning sea views from the master bedroom, which has a comfortable double bed. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. The clean, modern bathroom includes a full white suite with a shower over the tub. ### Guest Access As our guest, you will have access to the entire apartment. You are also welcome to use the shared roof terrace, a large, tiled space furnished with a table and chairs. It offers a stunning, panoramic view of the entire bay and the bustling harbor below. Being a waterfront property, you have direct beach access right from the building, allowing you to step out and enjoy the sea with ease. ### The Neighborhood Our apartment is located in the heart of St Mawes. You'll find everything you need just a short stroll away. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach: Three beautiful beaches Three traditional pubs Two excellent restaurants Two charming bakeries Numerous scenic walks start right from the area, offering a chance to explore the stunning local coastline and the nearby castle. ### Getting Around The ferry to Falmouth and the seasonal ferry to Place are both just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the wider region without a car. ### House Rules One well-behaved, small to medium-sized dog is welcome to join you on your holiday. Guest access The whole property is yours, along with a shared roof terrace which has stunning views Other things to note The parish council have removed our dedicated parking space effective 1/4/26 as we are not resident at the apartment. There is a large car park next to the apartment. Parking can be paid for on a weekly or daily basis.
