The complex boasts a beautiful pool, and a well equipped gym as well. This ground floor apartment is a spacious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom. With a queen bed, and full shower and bathtub. There is a private outdoor patio. There are two TV's in the unit, a 65" in the living room and a 43" in the bedroom, both are smart TV's. The apartment comes fully equipped with a sit/standing desk, a monitor, keyboard and mouse are included free of charge. The unit has high speed WI-FI that can be hardwired in if needed. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the supplies you will need, whether you are an avid chef or a late night snacker. We provide a starter pack of coffee, tea and sugars as well as cleaning supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Washer and dryer are located in the building and do cost money.
