There are noises from the road and from the house above. There are some beautiful views and some others are not since an industrial site is nearby. There are 3 hectares (7,5 acres) of both wooded and open land, fenced off at its perimeter. 1,5km (1 mile) from the nearby village, 300m (200 yds) from a shopping and supermarket complex and is well-connected, being situated next to a main road. With a small industrial and commercial estate close to the property the land is a real oasis for the plants and wildlife. The annex has been recently refurbished and has a modern kitchen, living area, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. For long stays, one of the bedrooms can be converted to an office if required. On the annex’s private terrace there are 2 dining tables and a chill out corner. We have a cat which live outdoors. Excellent WiFi connection both in the property and on the terraces and around the pool Guest access The pool, the deckchairs and all the land surrounding the property can be used by everybody. Other things to note The property is located on a 30.000m2 hill which is fenced in its perimeter. The house is located on the highest point of the hill. Down below on the East side, there is a road. A industrial site on the North and a comercial one on the South. Fields and views on the North. The apartment in orientated to East therefore the road can be heard. Public transport is available to take you to the village as well as to close by Manresa, where there are 3 train stations and a main bus station. Although having a car is not essential it is recommended. If you are a coffee lover, there are 3 different coffee makers to choose from; espresso, moka pot or French press. On arrival you will find complementary items to welcome you; mineral water, coffee, tea, sugar, cooking oil, toilet paper and hand and body soap, detergents for the dishwasher and clothes washer.
