Located in a quiet residential area with bay views the house is just minutes walk from the bustling town of Falmouth giving access to ferries across to the Roseland, the maritime museum and an amazing array of places to eat & drink. Benefitting from allocated off street parking and an enclosed private patio area, perfect for al-fresco dining. The space Seaglass is positioned on a quiet residential road just minutes walk from the water and Falmouth Town Centre. This newly built townhouse is clean and spacious with all the mod cons. Whilst there is often free street parking available (no residential restrictions), we have our own allocated parking space there is also a visitor parking spot for the development. Steps lead down to your own front door leading into the open plan living space with modern kitchen , dining area and sitting room. There are large glass doors out onto the top patio where you can enjoy meals or just sit and relax with your morning coffee with sea glimpses. There is a further lower patio area that can be used as a further sitting area / surfboard storage etc... There are two bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor which leads up to the second floor where the master en-suite is situated with perhaps the most impressive views over Falmouth Bay to Flushing and the Roseland Peninsula.
