Charming country house

In the quiet of the Gers countryside, and in a wooded park of 2Ha, this house of 1789 recently renovated brings all the comfort necessary for a peaceful and relaxing stay. A fenced multi-sport field is available (badminton, volleyball). The large terrace becomes the privileged place to live in summer to enjoy the calm, the shade of the very old trees of the park and the fire pit for summer evenings. Part of the park is fenced and electrified to accommodate animals. The space The house has just been renovated. The bedrooms are refurbished as well as the kitchen. The house has a large bathroom with bathtub on the ground floor. There is one bedroom downstairs as well as 3 bedrooms upstairs. The old bread oven has been transformed into a living room/bar in the English pub spirit to accommodate the afternoons board game or more festive evenings around the beer puller (futs available on request). Other things to note This is a very old house that has steps sometimes to get in and out that make it a complicated access for people with reduced mobility.
