Furnished tourist property 3* Enjoy this cottage in the heart of the vineyards of Château La Piolette, with pool and views of the vineyard and valley. A quiet and relaxing place, ideal for a stay for couples, families or groups of friends. Enjoy sunsets from your terrace. Accessible PMR gîte with independent entrance. Baby equipment upon request (bed, bathtub, baby monitor, highchair). Extra bed possible (€15). Breakfast (€9/pers), to be booked 24 hours in advance. The space The place is conducive to rest and a change of scenery. Calm and tranquility are the definition given by travelers. The cottage is comfortable and pleasant to stay in. A shop is available on-site (local and regional products, basic necessities, wine sales, packed lunches, aperitif boards, etc.) Bike rental: €10/day Inside: • A beautiful, very bright living room open to the kitchen that opens onto a large garden, a dining table that seats up to 6 guests, sofa, large screen TV; • A fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer); • Two bedrooms with double bed, chest of drawers and walk-in closet; • Bathroom with walk-in shower. Baby bath can be loaned. Outside: • Two large terraces with garden table and chairs for 4 people each, await you to fully enjoy the sun at any time of the day (a parasol is however available so that you can enjoy a corner of shade); • A large garden with access to the vineyard paths to stroll through the heart of the vineyards • A BBQ • Outdoor games for children (swing, ping pong table, slide) shared with the 2 other lodgings • hectares of vines and forest to walk through • And a 12 m x 6 m pool with a depth gradually increasing up to 1.80 m. Shared with the other 2 lodgings, installed and functional from May until the end of September (plus if the season permits!). Ideally exposed to ensure hot enough water for the whole summer, secured by alarm system During your stay you can enjoy: o Tea and coffee o Washing machine o Hair dryer o Linens and hand towels provided. o Board games, cards o Baby cribs, baby monitor, bathtub and high chair on request o French breakfast possible (€9/pers). Notify 24 hours before (coffee, tea or hot chocolate + juice + bread + jam + pastry). Everything is served at your door at an agreed time. Bordeaux – a major city in Gironde at the gates of Aquitaine, it is an international city rich in culture and history. Since 2007, the city of Bordeaux has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as has St. Emilion since 1999. Open-air parties are held on our estate every Thursday and Friday evening during the summer with a musical atmosphere, an appetizer platter, tapas, accras, burrata, charcuterie, cheeses... from 7 pm to 11:30 pm! Karaoke night on the 2nd Saturday of each month There is a mini shop on site. Cow's milk cheese is sold every day on the estate.
