High Dez Oasis w/ Hot Tub - Unique + Peaceful

Hi there! This is my home where I live and work as a writer. It's a place for creative freedom, peace, and healing. I created art, healed through tough moments, and built community. It's in a safe neighborhood under the big sky, sunset, stars, moon, and with easy access to the inspirational expanse of the desert. It's less than 5 minutes driving distance to Indian Cove Campground, and it's equidistant between both gates of the Joshua Tree National Park (29 Palms and JT entrances). The space This is an extremely unique and one-of-kind home. It’s charming. There are two generations of home owners (both of us artists) who have poured our hearts and souls into making this magical space. You will feel the energy and positive vibes as soon as you enter. There's a hot tub, outdoor shower, pergola with a large dining area, and outdoor couch. There's also two large living rooms. One has an indoor fireplace with a large Samsung Frame TV. The other has a large green couch with lots of lighting. There's two bedrooms (one king size bed, one queen size bed) and one bathroom (with a tub and shower combo). Everything has been tastefully renovated with that boho, cozy, wood-warm, artsy vibe. While it’s not a luxury stay - it’s very comfortable, cute, relaxing, and homey. You will feel the love and joy throughout the space—as it's lived in rather than just an investment property. The house is equidistant between the towns of Joshua Tree and 29 Palms, as well as both gates to Joshua Tree National Park. Please note there are two exterior Ring doorbells -- one at the front door and one on the back. This is for security purposes. They capture videos and are activated by motion. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the full house, yard, and all amenities. Smart lock entry for easy access into the house. Guest can park in the driveway, or in front of the house against the fence, four car maximum. The house is a private single-family residence with no shared spaces. There will be nobody else at the property during your stay. You can access all parts of the house except for the garage and the closet in the main bedroom where I store and protect my personal belongings when Airbnb guests are staying at the house.
