The space Ethyl's is a 1250sf ranch style house with a large one of a kind, fully fenced, secluded backyard oasis. Sit on the large covered cowboy porch and ponder life. Have a drink with friends by the propane fire pit. Or relax in the filtered swimmin' hole/pool adorned with rustic artifacts and decor. Then rinse off in our rainwater shower. Or even better, do all those things. Then have dinner in the full kitchen, chill by the fairy light fireplace, and make off to one of the comfy beds. 4 minutes from the main entrance to Joshua Tree National Park. 5 minutes from downtown Twentynine palms. Food, bars and restaurants. 1 minute from open desert. Keep this in mind when booking. Note: Any unauthorized photography or video is prohibited without written consent, fines for this start at $500, if you feel like taking pictures with your phone to post on social media that's fine of course. The pool is seasonal, closed from October to April Because of bed space and septic considerations, anyone age 2 and up is considered a guest and counts toward the 6 person limit. Sorry to say we aren't allowing pets anymore. Too many bad owners 😞 Guest access Entire house, back and front yard. Other things to note I own the property next door, I will sometimes need to access the north side of the property (your privacy will never be impinged upon).
