Parkside is a fully furnished house with 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom, a full size bed in the larger bedroom and a bunk bed with a full size on the bottom and a twin on the top in the other bedroom. It has a full kitchen with a freezer and laundry. It also has Wi‐Fi/Roku and a big TV. It's on a cul-de-sac, next to a playground with a huge deck and lots of parking. The house is within 300 feet of the ocean and close to downtown in a quiet neighborhood with a very large deck. We require Airbnb reservations booked for personal travel to be booked by the person who's going to stay at the property.
