Mas en Drôme Provençale with 4 bedrooms, large garden, wood-fired Nordic bath, swimming pool (closed from mid-October to March) secured and heated, games room and terraces. this is a reduced configuration of the house Le Guet Aux Anes. ( https://airbnb.fr/h/grand-mas-st-ferreol ) YOU WILL BE THE ONLY TENANTS OF THE HOUSE. We accept one dog. If necessary, please get in touch with us. The space The house is outside the village of Saint-Ferreol-Trente-Pas, far from any noise pollution except for a few peaceful donkeys that live on the neighboring meadows. There are no neighbors facing the garden or terraces, which gives the property a private character. The back of the house is close to another house that does not bother you at all because the living rooms, terraces and gardens are opposite. There is a large swimming pool (5 m x 10 m) a little below the house. The pool has an electric shutter for the safety of young children and to possibly keep it warm at night. It can also be heated if the weather requires it. It is accessible from April to September. There is enough garden furniture. A Nordic bubble bath that can accommodate 4 people is available. It is heated by wood fire except in case of fire risk. Please contact us for its use. We provide bed linen and bath towels (one large and one small per person). Bring your "beach" towels for the pool/jacuzzi. Guest access The house is divided into two apartments, a main part with 4 bedrooms to which you have access, and a cottage below the house that will not be rented at the same time as you. You will have access to the main part only. There is no other guest or owner at the same time as you. Other things to note It is possible to have meals delivered and also to rent mountain bikes and have them delivered on-site. Please contact me if necessary.
